How much do I pay for the beads and what should I sell them for?
One of the benefits of becoming an ABAT representative is that once you purchase your kit you don't have to worry about the inventory, managing shipments or unnecessary paperwork. This allows you to set your own pricing, determine your own goals, and offer unique discounts and promotions to your hosts, friends and family members.

Is this collection compatible with Pandora™ and other designer charm programs?
Yes, A Bead at a Time beads fit on Pandora™ and other designer beads fit on A Bead at A Time bracelets.

How do I find people to host parties?
We suggest asking a close friend or family member to host your first party and ask them to invite co-workers, friends and family members to attend. We suggest offering your host free jewelry or discounted pricing as a special "Thank You."

Tip: Try offering similar incentives to your guests who sign-up to host your next party.

What if I need more Jewelry or want to expand my selection?
The starter kits include our best-sellers, but we encourage you to view our entire collection on our website and build your own selection based on your tastes and preferences! Attached is an order form that you can email, fax or call-in to place your order, and you will receive your 50% discount on all future A Bead at a Time purchases.

How do I know what size bracelets my customers wear?
We have found that due to the adjustable clasp on the chain bracelets and the flexibility of
the bangle bracelets that all bracelets fit most wrists.

How many beads fit on a bracelet?
It is up to the customer how many beads feel comfortable on the bracelet, but we have found that the average bracelet fits between 15-20 beads.

Tip: A bracelet with 15 beads retails for $43.50, we suggest running a "Full Bracelet Special" for $40.

How do I put the beads onto the bracelet?
To put the beads on the bracelet, first remove the lobster claw clasp at both ends. Once removed, you will be able to easily slide on the beads and when finished re-attached the lobster clasp to the chain. To put beads onto the bangle bracelet, unscrew of the silver balls from the bangle. Slide the beads onto the bracelet, and when finished screw the ball back onto the bangle.

How do I collect money from my customers?
That is up to you! We recommend collecting cash, but personal checks may also be a convenient option with the checks made out to you.

Can I return and send-back goods that aren't sold?
Once you purchase the kit, the beads are yours. We recommend offering discounts on beads that are not selling at your parties and fill its spot with new styles that you can order on our website. Once I order my kit, do I owe Janlynn any money for my party sales?
No! Everything you sell at your parties is your profit, and that is the key to making the program an easy way to make money and have fun!

Tip: As an added incentive for your host, consider offering the hosts a % of your sales instead of free jewelry or discounts.
